How to Get Sand in Hypixel Skyblock
I’m going to help you to get the sand collection in Hypixel Skyblock. The sand collection is one of the more tedious collections to try and unlock. However, I’m going to try and make it seem as clear as possible on how to unlock the sand collection. There are two methods to get sand in Hypixel Skyblock.
- You can unlock the sand collection through some minions which are only available through the auction house.
- The second way is to craft a desert island.
We’ll be going over how to unlock the collection through the desert island. For that, you’ll need access to the barn and the mushroom desert to unlock sand without the use of the auction house.

This means that you’ll need to level up your farming skills. For that, you’ll need to break crops or spawn use minions or make your own farms.
You need farming level 1 to unlock the barn and farm level 5 to unlock the mushroom desert. Once in the mushroom desert, you will need to break the cactus. You’ll require a collection of level five to unlock the desert island recipe.
It is 2500 cactus which is quite a lot. So, you may want to use tools with telekinesis on to pick up the cactus. You should break the cactus from the root so you can collect all of the cactus straight away.

The desert island requires 30 sand, 5 sugar, and 10 cactus to unlock. You need to buy 30 sand and 5 sugar cane from the merchant. Once you have unlocked the desert island recipe, craft the island and place it down on your own island. It will create a desert-like island with sand and more goods available. Now just break a piece of sand and your collection will unlock. After getting 80 sand blocks, you can craft a sand minion to do the work for you. That’s how to get sand on Hypixel Skyblock
How to Get Soul Sand in Hypixel Skyblock
Now, we’ll know how to get soul sand in Hypixel Skyblock. For this, we need 2 sand and 1 fermented spider eye. We need 3 ingredients for fermented spider eye.
- Brown mushroom can be found in the mushroom desert.
- Sugar can be found in the mushroom desert.
- Spider eye can be found in the spider cave

You should take spider sword as it will have more damage. Go to the spider cave and kill a spider. You will get a fermented spider eye. Now, get 2 sand from the farm and you will get soul sand in Hypixel Skyblock.
