Arginine is also known to boost collagen production, which increases the strength and elasticity of our hair. It also acts as a protective layer on the hair’s surface, protecting it from environmental aggressors and damage caused by overuse of styling products. It helps lock in the moisture inside and prevents the hair from drying out.
