  1. Involve People– An employer need to conduct a pre-work out session with the employees regarding the session to be conducted. They can keep it simple relating to some of the question about the topic.
  2. Agree on the Rules– If the training is a discussion session then as an employer, you need to agree on the ground rules of the session. You can ask the employees to write down two or three things that they believe are important during the training session for both the employees and employer.
  3. Pairs and Groups– Initially the employer need to start the discussion in pairs and small groups so that there are maximum participation and later should move the discussion to the main group.
  4. Encourage Discussion– In inspirational training session, an employer need to involve people n the discussion. A long introduction need to be avoided, it should be a brief intro and should abide by the ground rules.
  5. Use Questions– An employer need to use questions to stimulate discussion. There is no hard and fast rule for this but can be something out of your own experience.
  6. Summarize Often– In inspirational training session, it is better to often paraphrase and summarize the group progress. The agreed points should be entered on the chart paper throughout the meeting for all to know.

Finally, in an inspirational training an employee needs to have an open, positive and critical discussion. An open and receptive session will be rewarding and stimulating one. The employer will be happy to get a inspirational committed team rather than a complaint one. This will increase the productivity and create a training environment for your workplace that proves inspiring and motivational.
